Others

In additional of PVC based cords, Unielec is also in the process of developing environmentally friendly and biodegradable non-PVC power cords. Commonly named "eco" wire, these cords contains no halogen or lead and is required by all major electronics manufacturer in Japan by the year 2005. We expect to have the product completed and approved by the Japanese accreditation agency PSA by the end of 2003.
